We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, which may include a video call and identification documents.

Submitting on behalf of someone else? Please be ready to provide proof of your authority to act on their behalf (e.g., power of attorney, guardianship documentation, or a signed letter of authorization).

We may request additional information before processing your request.

If we need more than thirty (30) days, we'll notify you by email and may extend processing by a further thirty (30) days, as permitted under the DIFC DPL.

DSAR requests are free of charge. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee, or to decline, where a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.

We may decline to erase personal data where we're required to retain it — for example, to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Any sensitive information relating to our company or affiliate operations will be redacted from your data before delivery.

Children's Data: If you believe the data subject is a minor and you are their guardian or representative, please email us directly at dpo@mazewerk.com and privacy@mazewerk.com with the subject line "Children's Data." We may require proof of guardianship or authorization. Once identified, a minor's personal data will be deleted or anonymized promptly, except where we are required to retain it under the terms set out in Point 8.

You may exercise more than one privacy right within a single request by response to email — there's no need to submit separate requests.
